She sets the foundation with a light dusting of loose powder. A soft pearlescent shadow is used to open up the eye. Next, Lilly applies a deep plum eye shadow in the inner corner and a rose champagne color to accentuate and contour the crease. To complete the look, a waterproof eyeliner in charcoal defines the lash line and individual false lashes are placed on the outer corner to elongate the eye. To give the eyelashes extra lift, she uses a heated lash curler. Next, she applies a fine dusting of rose colored powder on the cheekbones for added glow.
