On Shannon, Justin begins with a well moisturized face and hydrated eye area. For a long-lasting effect he applies an oil-free, water based foundation. A fine-milled pressed powder sets the look and produces a flawless finish.

Next, Justin highlights her eyelid with an eye shadow base and pressed powder. “For a soft springtime look, I apply a smokey plum shadow to the eyelid and a dusky mauve and pale lavender on the brow bone,” says Justin. “A rich jet black eyeliner and waterproof mascara frames her eye and gives definition.”

Peach colored blush gives Shannon’s cheeks a fresh glow and “a barely there finish,” says Justin.
Using a beige lip liner, he finishes with a salmon lip color and clear gloss, for a polished look.
For Shannon’s updo, Justin teases her hair to give it height, while letting her bangs lay gracefully. He joins her hair in the back and secures a chic jeweled headpiece, with its own mini-veil, for added glamour.
