"Shortly after we had our first date, a nice Italian dinner followed by a show at New York Comedy Club. Over the course of the next year, Joe and I learned that we were meant to spend the rest of our lives together. Unbelievably enough, we were delivered by the same doctor at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center! In October, we moved in together.
"The following month, Joe told me he was running late at work. When I got home I found Joe all dressed up, holding an engagement ring.

"Joe and I had heard about Trump National Golf Club from friends of ours. Once we visited the location, we knew there was no other place we wanted to have our reception. The waterfalls, sweeping lawns, and interior of the club all make it a magical place.

"We worked with Jeff Poling, the food and beverage director, who spent a great deal of time with us discussing our menu for the cocktail hour and dinner.

"At the cocktail hour, we had a raw bar, sushi, and a pasta station. Dinner included a pear salad for a first course, followed by a choice of filet mignon, Chilean sea bass, or ravioli with truffles. Dessert was both delicious and beautiful, with personalized cupcakes and a dark chocolate and milk chocolate fountain.

"Jeff worked with Melissa Imberman, our wedding planner, to incorporate our 'Perfect Pair,' theme into everything. She was fantastic and organized.
"At our reception we had pear branches all over the room and a pear ice sculpture that was displayed next to the food during our cocktail hour.

"Jeff went out of his way to make sure our special day was a complete and utter success, and the staff at Trump National was a pleasure to work with. It truly was an event of a lifetime."
