"The flowers are all made with fresh cooked buttercream, which is made with sweet butter, eggs, sugar, and vanilla," says cake artist Anne Warren.

"We offer a variety of flavors, including chocolate, walnut, orange, lemon, and carrot. For the outside, light flavored maple and vanilla are always great choices.

“Finally, we might decorate your cake with delicate flowers, all made with fresh-cooked buttercream.

"I can't remember a time in my life when I was not baking," says Anne, who met her husband at a bakery. "Wedding cakes are a real centerpiece, but the part I enjoy most is collaborating with the bride and groom to create their cake!”
