"The flowers are all made with fresh cooked buttercream, which is made with sweet butter, eggs, sugar, and vanilla," says cake artist Anne Warren.

"We offer a variety of flavors, including chocolate, walnut, orange, lemon, and carrot. For the outside, light flavored maple and vanilla are always great choices.

"I can't remember a time in my life when I was not baking," says Anne, who met her husband at a bakery. "Wedding cakes are a real centerpiece, but the part I enjoy most is collaborating with the bride and groom."
