For cocktail hour, The Estate at Florentine Gardens gives you a super customizable menu. We didn’t hold back in our choices! We had a rum station dressed up like a tiki bar, something special to me because I went to medical school in the Caribbean. Our signature drink was the rum barrel. We had a tiki man ice sculpture and all this was included in our package! We were brought a plate to the bridal suite with a little of everything. My favorite was the chicken and waffles and Joey’s was the Brazilian rodizio meat station.
The ballroom has a new, beautiful Italian-marble dance floor; tall, intricately-detailed ceilings; a large, show-stopping chandelier; and theater-style lighting which lets you cast any mood you’d like. For our reception, we chose to have multiple colors lighting up the room. We had a pastel color palette with pink, purple, and blue. We had beautiful hydrangeas, roses and angels breath all in those colors for our centerpieces. Our florists at Dahlia killed it!
The food at our reception was delicious. Florentine Gardens has a reputation for amazing food, and our guests were able to enjoy multiple entrées if they chose! The service was wonderful, with each table having their own dedicated food server and drink server, and our guests still rave about the incredible selection of top shelf liquor.
