Estates By Brophy encompasses two venues, RiverView Estate and DeerRidge Estate. Perfect for one-of-a-kind rustic country-chic weddings, 2.5 hours from New York City in the Catskill Mountains in Upstate NY, they feature one mile of riverside frontage, and combined overnight accommodations for up to 72 guests. RiverView itself can seat 225 wedding guests.
An ethereal mountain and grassland retreat with lush gardens, shimmering pools, and cascading waterfalls, RiverView Estate surrounds you with luxury comfort, gracious hospitality, and country-style accommodations. Gale S. Brophy's signature estates also offer exquisite scenic views overlooking the romantic wilderness of the Upper Delaware River.
The venue has several dining areas, an indoor spa room with a dry sauna, an open great room, and a newly renovated “White Birch Banquet Hall.” We also offer full-service wedding and event coordinating and vendor referrals.
We have beautiful grounds for the outdoor wedding of your dreams. Our grounds Include 1,200 mountainside acres with hiking paths and log trestle and bench seating for 240 ceremony guests overlooking the river.
Each "Estate By Brophy" is distinctively inspired by Brophy’s intriguing charm. Renowned philanthropist, entrepreneur, and co-owner of the Kentucky Derby winning “Strike the Gold,” Brophy has been consistently honored for her continued support of charitable organizations in New York and Palm Beach.
