Kerri: The ballroom was stunning. Without additional decor, it is already classy and elegant. We added romantic light pink floral arrangements and other soft touches to make it our own.
Mike: For dinner, the food was again delicious. We began with the Estate signature salad, followed by a choice of Chilean sea bass in a soy ginger glaze, chateaubriand in cabernet sauce with caramelized shallots, chicken saltimbocca, and an eggplant tower. Dessert was our wedding cake, a three-layer cake with layers of vanilla with whipped cream and chocolate with buttercream, plus chocolate-covered strawberries.
Kerri & Mike: We’d love to thank the entire Park Savoy staff, our friends and family, and all our vendors. Everyone was awesome at what they did and we were treated to incredible service. Special shoutouts to Sam, Melanie, Mary, George, and the entire Maurillo Family for giving us our perfect wedding.
