Our guests chose from a selection of entrées as if they were in a restaurant. For an appetizer, we had a truly addicting creamy tortellini dish with a salad topped with grilled vegetables. Our dinner options were filet mignon with grilled shrimp, cod puntanesa, balsamic-roasted chicken, and a special of stuffed lamb. Our guests raved about the food! For dessert, we had a Venetian so there was a variety of desserts in addition to the wedding cake, which was devil’s food with cannoli filling made in-house by VIP. There was a s’mores station, a crème brûlée station, and a crêpe station.
Two stars of our reception were the bourbon station and the tequila station. VIP offers two premium bar stations that serve only the very best bourbons and tequilas. You can even get your bourbon smoked at the bourbon station. Our guests are still talking about this. It turned our wedding into an experience! We had an awesome after-party held on-site in the new 600 Lounge, complete with comfort food.
We want to thank my parents, Tom and Juliann, for giving us such a gorgeous wedding that we will always remember.
